3 bags of microwave able popcorn
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of light corn syrup
2 cups of Candy Corn
Popcorn all the popcorn and place in a large bowl, try to remove any seeds that didn’t pop.
In a medium pot, combine butter, light corn syrup, and candy corns
Simmer over medium heat until completely melted 8 to 10 minutes
Stirring occasionally. Pour the melted Candy over the popcorn. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the Autumn Corn in a large pan lined with a silicone pan and Bake at 200F for an hour. Be sure stir every 15 minutes or so, breaking up any larger clumps. Allow to cool before eating… Enjoy!
